Welcome!
Thanks for visiting! I’m looking to connect with researchers and practitioners who are interested in relational practice particularly vis-a-vis mentoring, teaching, and social justice. Please be in touch with questions and to share your research, recommend readings, and suggest related resources. Note that I am looking to connect with students as well as established researchers and practitioners. So basically, if you are interested in this stuff -- drop me a note!
A little background -- I teach in the School of Education and Psychology Department at Carlow University in Pittsburgh. I hold a Ph.D. in Leadership and Change from Antioch University and a Master’s in Athletic Counseling from Springfield College.
Prior to joining the faculty at Carlow, I worked in Student Affairs at Carnegie Mellon University for several years. My career has also included work at Bard College (Director of Career Development) and University of Hartford (Academic Advisor for Men’s Basketball).
